Returns & Exchanges
At The Yetee, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition daily tees and mystery items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, and verify that they were not marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include your RMA slip inside the package; ship the bundle back to our headquarters using your preferred carrier.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
